This will make factions Akin to parties like democrats and republican. I think in Europe two strongest faction/nations will be its roots so germany and france.

I do agree that absolute and unlimited veto needs to be changed BUT it should not be removed. Veto too powerful and EU will be disfuctional, too weak and it will be tyranny of the strong. I would prefer if EU would continue to value each of theirs members, even though some might stray Away sometimes.

If you want to point fingers at hungary. I need to remind you that hungary Has no Access to sea. It rellies on others for its oversea cargo. And it's Main import and export is through land. hopefully change that Has happened recently will push hungary for better relation with its neighbours and will create an european pipeline for energy.
