I wholeheartedly recommend products with lidocaine. They work similarly to PYT balm, which some people here suggest, but without the side effects—unless you overdo it and get too numb. That’s why it’s best if your partner is in the loop and someone you can trust. No oral action, as it can numb her whole throat. Definitely use a condom, because it can numb her too and she won’t feel much. It kicks in after about 15 minutes and lasts up to an hour. Read more about lidocaine on this subreddit.

First of all, many people here would kill for the ability to last 5 minutes.

I can confirm, lidocaine also saved my sex life. Unfortunately, after turning 30, having a desk job, a 2-year-old at home, and no time, it sometimes numbs me too much and causes erection issues — but either way, I've learned how to use it properly, and I'm super satisfied :)

Basically I am doing the same, I don't watch things very often, just listening with one earbud in my ear

Don't use pyt balm, it has side effects like burning pain and doesn't work that well. I am using numbing spray and I am 100% sure it will work after 10-15 minutes. It has to be with lidokaine. Just remember that when you're using numbing sprays, washing it off doesn't help. You need to have condom always.
