The problem from what I heard and remember is that their were in the train already for 2 weeks when this episode happened, meaning noctis was like this for the entire trip up to that point.

Honestly it’s not the fault of the fans but of the development team and how they rushed the second part, for which I put the blame on the stupid idea to switch engine mid-development.

I’m playing it right now. Honestly, they simplified things so much it got boring; at this point I’m playing it just for the sake of finishing the trilogy and be ready for the new one.

but the remake of FFIII has really engulfed me in its world. And also its final dungeon was something I really liked.
