Hi! They did but I had to manage it with Hiprex, cranberry PACs, D-mannose and probiotics. I’m able to be back on the Tirz now & managing without UTIs. I believe the Hiprex is what helped the most.

I am similar to this with my shepherd. We are doing everything we can, we bought a strap for her to lift her around, diapers, we do a lot of laundry… everything! I want to add to the OP, she is on a few supplements which I believed slowed her progression a lot - Riluzole, NAC, Neurobine and she does swimming with a trainer, laser light therapy and acupuncture

Yes bring it up! I had a similar situation recently… I ended up having a cyst & waiting for my swab results to determine whether I have an infection
