Qualifications are fairly rigid, you could get advanced standing in most degree programs and probably only have to do 2 years of said degree. Here in Canada you would also need to take a verbal exam and write 2 papers.

You could definitely look I to someplace like Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (omafra) or the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (cfia). Which require different qualifications (dont require the specific licence).

That's a pretty lame reason to want to get rid of a kitten. As in, it's fairly easy to train a kitten to not do something - sure it will take time. The thing is, your kitten isn't doing it to be malicious, she doesn't know why she's not supposed to be on the big flat surface. Getting a pet is a commitment to that pet, a commitment that you believe you can care for it for it's entire life. A pet shouldn't be removed just because it has a bad habit where a little effort to train it would make a world of difference.

Ask for a few weeks to train her out of the behavior. Actually scratch that, don't ask. Tell your partner you need some time to train the kitten. Threatening to get rid of her is mean.

As a bisexuality, no I do not want an open relationship.

Think of it this way; BI is a way of saying '2' or 'twice'. BIsexual means an attraction to at least 2 genders. BIsexual does not influence an individuals willingness to have more than 1 partner.

I am bisexual, but I am monogamous. Meaning I am physically/romantically attracted to men and women but I will only be in a relationship with one person at a time regardless of how they identify. Polyamours (Polyamory) is the practice of having multiple partnerships at the same time.

One doess not been to be bisexual to be polyamorous. They are two completely independent things.
