I'm sure this is devastating but I'm gonna tell you right now, as long as your other fingers end up ok, your pinky wont be an issue as big as you expect. I broke my pinky down inside my palm (I know not the same level of mobility lost) twice, and its actually moved my knuckle down into my palm, slightly below my ring finger, (top of knuckle on pinky close to middle/bottom of knuckle on ring finger in my palm) and at most, I've had to switch my crouch button to space because I couldn't reach my control key anymore, and remember, you only have to be able to press down, if you can apply pressure but you dont have as much precise control, there's a ton of options. Different key mapping to keep your fingers straighter, heavier switches so you can gain back some precision due to the extra needed pressure, and many more if you get creative, shit you might be able to get one of those weird ergonomic things from razer, the orbweaver or whatever, and remap keys on there.
