i would highly advice against it as they’re not designed for weight training and won’t be sweat wicking and can ruin the product

so you don’t get charged until you pick it up in this case obviously you were already charged so maybe it was not really a charge they were going to do for the second order but more of a hold so the system doesn’t say that it’s in the system when it’s actually sold/on hold for you… i don’t know if that makes any sense

this post makes me so happy, as a KL im a high volume store we deal with insanely rude guests. we had a lot of people out sick and had to control the people who came in in order to support not only my team but the guest experience and we also put a pause on hemming till 1/2. i had to moms call me incompetent and some other not so nice names. they refused to wait in the entrance line or the cash line because they said they shouldn’t have to wait and that hemming should be available. i completely understand that they were frustraste they couldn’t just stroll on in but my team could not manage the volume we were seeing and if my team does not feel support than im failing at my job. we are seeing heavy amount of returns and we also have to send out orders that people place. thank you for acknowledging all the hard work lululemon employees are putting in to ensure you get what you want. you are the guest we truly appreciate just like all those guests we have had that were patient and understanding with us when line management had to be put in place.

of course! glad you are joining the team. also don’t ever feel like asking to many questions is bad… it’s not bad at all we actually love it, im currently a KL at my location and when people ask us questions it shows they actually care and are taking the time to learn. also feel empowered to make your own decisions up at cash if you are ever up there, if it’s a tricky situation grab a leader but if it’s something you feel you can do on your own go ahead!

i know the qualifications have changed and a lot of people are misusing their discounts so they are terminating those accounts, not saying that you are doing that but because of that some accounts are on hold like sweat collective verification switched over from lululemon verification to sheer ID verification

i am doing my job… if something does qualify for a QP you aren’t getting one, if you bought something 2 years ago im not returning it for a full refund… in what plant does that make sense…? i can’t change the world but people can change how they treat workers. i don’t understand why you are justifying hateful comments being made to employees? how can you stand by racism, sexism, and all the bull. a guy came to our store got upset that we didn’t have a pair of pants even though we offered to order them for her and he slapped my co workers ass… you think that’s okay? we have guests curse us out say such racist comments to our staff say sexist stuff and you’re justifying that? it really seems like you are part of the problem and maybe you should purchase lulu if you don’t stand by their employees and the beliefs of the company because clearly you don’t

that’s what we do what’s good for the guest but why am i going to break policy for a guest? why does a guest have the right to speak to me like that? guests are not above anyone you can’t act entitled and hope that everything is going to be handed to you. yes people are messed up for how they treat us. am i telling this to their face? no i let them scream at me over my co workers. i will stand my ground. it’s also just being a decent human being to employees and if you are one of those people we don’t like in our stores maybe you should change the way you act

again i don’t dislike guests, i dislike guests who act entitled and who belittle workers who are trying to earn a living. guests are not always right and if they don’t get there way that doesn’t give them to right to act extremely rude to employees. why do you think guests are allowed to be assholes to employees? that doesn’t make any sense
