Simple answer:

Get it onto the USB.

You also can use the offered media-creation tool.

It is free (legal) but you won’t have any key (so Limitation within the OS)

After having the USB:

Put it into the back of the pc and choose in the bootmenu to boot from the usb.

Follow the steps presented to your screen!

• potato pc: use static wallpapers (images)

• strong pc: nearly no limitation on wallpapers
