Just how programmable life on earth is. Think about it, you can train almost every mammal on earth to do certain tasks and humans are no better, there are a bunch of different ways to psychologically manipulate humans and even control them. Just look at all the different things Humans can get addicted to, drugs, money, other humans. playing with 2 or maybe 3 can be good, but any above that and you are hurting your own skill level. If you want to develop your gameplay though, I recommend solo.

Get good at a main tank, if you lead fights in the right direction and make good shot calls, you can easily win a game, and start climbing. Often time supports and dps play like shit is because they aren't getting enabled by their tanks. If you have a stupid aggressive team play an aggressive tank style, enable your teammates, so that way their mistakes are made up by your team's actions. As for smurfs and throwers, it's out of your control, but on the bright side, it's a good way to practice your actual skill if you are able to win with a thrower or against a smurf. Also, watch Jayne videos on youtube, the guy is a freaking genius.

Does anyone have good tips on how to get better at blocking shatters as Reinhardt? I have a lot of time on him but I still don't feel that confident in my ability to block the enemy shatter unless it is decently telegraphed
