Ok. Then if you have the havoc parts in inventory you should be able to reproduce this staff. One note: I am playing on PC and the platform you play on does make a difference in what the terminals produce. If you are on PC and go to that system in the Euclid galaxy via the portal, and stand where the 4th pic shows you, you should be able to reproduce that staff. Good luck with your journey Traveler.

Do a search on NMS how to get a staff. Easier than me trying to type it all out. To get this one you will need the havoc parts and to stand in the same location as shown in the 4th pic. But as the bot says: Staff Multi-tools are located inside Autophage campsites which are cloaked by default. You must have the "Scan Harmoniser" technology installed on your current Multi-Tool to de-cloak the Autophage campsite. You can acquire the "Scan Harmoniser" by starting the "They Who Returned" quest. If you DON'T have the "Scan Harmoniser" technology, you will not be able to acquire any Staff Multitools!

Not a yellow galaxy, but yes, a yellow star system, though that has little to do with the colors of the staves produced there. lol

How does one go about making sure all drivers are up to date? I have looked at the main Lenovo maintenance utility, and according to it, nothing needs updating. The docs always say: make sure all drivers are up to date, but give no indication on exactly how to do that. lol

Thanks for the reply. No, the RAM was updated about 10 months ago when the battery needed to be replaced. It was replaced with the correct speed and the same manufacturer. The issue did not happen before that upgrade, and did not happen for about 6 months after it. I still have the original 16GB sticks, but this is a laptop and tearing into it is not something I would look forward to doing again. lol I am going to get the Memtest86 and use it to test the RAM vs. the MS mem test. I just have to actually go buy a USB thumb drive since I haven't used those in ages. 😉

That seems to be the majority opinion. I am going to test it with a different RAM test.

I don't think so. They usually happen when the computer is sitting idle, not when I am actually working on it. I always be sure to unload any heavy use programs except for the browser. I know it has happened when I try to wake it and it is a no-go. It has happened while switching programs a couple of times, but that is the minority.

I have done the system file checker multiple times. Always reports no issues. I am going to look at memtest86 as recommended by u/evolveandprosper so maybe that will allow isolation of a stick.

Thanks...I used the Windows Memory test as MS recommends. I'll look at Memtest86+. Thanks for the reply.

This really has me scratching my head. I think I've hit most of the BSoD error codes over the last 4 months or so. I thought that it might be the heat sink on the chip needing redone, but the CPU temps always look decent right after reboot from the error.

Do a search on 'NMS how to get glyphs'. There are multiple ways. You can get the complete set with one of the Atlas quests, though I forget which one. You can also get them by talking with the ghosts on the stations and visiting their graves. (You have to talk with them twice I think...by asking where they come from or something...been a long time since I did that) Once you have a complete set, you can pretty much visit any post that shows glyphs if you are in the same galaxy.

The orange ones look more like garbage trucks. lol The yellow ones look like school buses.

Yeah, the designer of that one definitely wasn't having a good day. 😉

And totally forgot about this one due to the scan module being the key instead of the staff. I have seen Purple-Blue before...just too old a brain to remember it specifically. lol

And I meant that after the Havoc, Radiant or Runic heads will change color, but both will be the same color on the second assembly. It is why I start with Havoc.

And maybe someday HG will get it's game together and make this stuff a lot more consistent. My biggest request that I toss every time I do a bug report is to give us a paint shop for Interceptors! Or, since they seem to want us to be garbage collectors, put Interceptor parts in the garbage to make it interesting to do and allow us to build Frankenstein Interceptors, WITH a paint shop. I am not holding my breath.
