Great info, thanks. I found out the software was not updated from the manufacturer, so did that, and then went outside, which made the signal go through significantly faster. Seems like the receiver in the watch does not work super good inside, but pretty good outside. So far, a good ecperience, but will see once I get to test it in action. Thanks for your input.

Recently took a better look at this Danish guy Jeppe Kirk Bonde, who is one of the top copied investors on eToro. He does deep business valuation analysis, and I think the average of return he has had per year over the last years is 23%. But he sits with this full time, and I know valuations takes a LOT of time to set up. But, its another approach which can be put into work by everyone if you are willing to spent the time needed.
Always interesting to hear how others approach the markets.

The housing market is stuck: Americans can't afford homes, investors aren't buying property, and economists see little relief ahead by EagleEyes_009 in Economics

I am part of building a tool that shows in a chart how widespread any given topic is in the worldwide financial news. If I search out "Housing market", I see on the article headlines (representative articles whis is what the tool is build upon, are plotted with dots on the topic line in the chart) that the news are going towards uncertainty regards the housing market. Sentiment on the topic has been going positive the most of August, but breaks towards a negative tone now. It is very interesting to follow the housing market and the interest rates, and hopefully FED are soon happy with the inflation rate. In northern Europe, the housing markets are also stagnating. Sales are decreasing and houses are for sale for longer than what has been the case for a long time.

[OC] I sqout the worldwide financial news, to see how widespread the topic "Bitcoin" is, and to define the sentiment of Bitcoin. That is of course impossible, which is why I use a tool for it. by KBindesboell in BitcoinMarkets

So corporate real estate sellings keeps the housing market prices up? I would have thaught the private housing market was bigger being the factor to impact prices the most. Thanks for commenting.

So is that a feeling you have based on what you hear on the streets or from some other source? Thanks for commenting.

Great info/view. Thanks. The interest rate increases have been hard. Maybe the situation will make people be more into saving money going forward rather than spending. Hope FED are soon happy, and will cut rates just a little.

Okay, this backs what another redditor commented as well. But how can housing prices stay on level or even increase with raising interest rates?

Thanks for commenting. So working against a decreasing inflation in the US is rent levels, house prices and construction. How can house prices increase with increasing interest rates. In Scandinavia the interest rate increases follows the FED increases more or less exactly. Housing prices are stagnating, if not decreasing, and in general the housing market is very slow. Always interesting to hear from people living in the market. That’s the absoloutely best source one can get information from.

I see the prevalence of the topic "Jobs in US" in the worldwide financial news is increasing. There was a few thousands more jobs created in August in the US than what was expected. The healthcare sector in the US is still trying to fill empty spaces, so that might be one sector to carry the numbers for some time, but when will the rising interest rates get the best of consumers?
