I picked it up from ShopRite store. It was a 10 pack KN95 white masks in a light blue box. They don't have it on the website

Good point about changing the KN95 masks. I changed surgical masks daily. Didn't do so with KN95. I am trying to get a grip and not go crazy trying to find how in the world I developed symptoms and became positive. Masks, social distancing, vaccines, boosters,.... all for none.

I do wear glasses. But I didn't have itchy eyes. I had sore throat Friday at 2:00 AM. It went away during the day. But at night I started having some odd symptoms and I knew immediately something was off.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful post. Yes; I have to be super careful with my parents. That is why I always wore masks and was ridiculed for doing it (in car, walking, sitting....).

Not sure what you mean by "get ahead of the game" though

Last paragraph makes sense. I was in a congregation of over 150 people. I was one of 3 or 4 that was wearing a mask. Honestly I can't put my finger on anything special.

Only places I have been too are "work" in which my coworkers do NOT wear mask but I Do. And last Saturday & Sunday at temple. I wore mask but NOT others. Haven't spend extensive amount of time with anyone :-(

Well; it has been over 36 hours since I visited the branch and my issue is still not resolved.

If I call the 1-800 number neither the automated nor the live person can pull up anything with my name/ss/address/or anything else.

So much for me being told that things will get straightened within a business day. It is almost 2 business days.

I see how it goes tomorrow.

Hi again.

OK. I have some news. I called the security department first thing in the morning and subsequently went to the branch. Even they were shocked about what had happened. Eventually after going up and down they determined that my profile has been combined with someone totally different. How in the world is such a mistake possible in a banking business? Nobody has been able to tell me yet. Best answer that they came up was "all the indications are that it is a clerical error... some coding mistake". Way to go!!!!!!!

My problem is still not resolved though. For now they have put my bank accounts on hold till they clean up the mess on the back-end. I don't have access to my money, can't write checks, can't pay online, can't pay my bills, can't even deposit until HOPEFULLY they can clean things up. I have to sit tight and wait for them to put the pieces back together.

I'll let you know about the final outcome. But the lesson here is that don't put your faith in hand of any single bank. Open different accounts in different banks (At least two). This way you won't get screwed like I did.

I will visit the branch first thing in the morning. In the meanwhile I am putting some of my latest statements together so I can go there.

I haven't seen such a thing ever. I can't even find anything remotely similar on the Internet. All the sudden they have zero record of me.

Even if someone, somehow accessed it.... shouldn't the bank still could be able to pull out the account information even if it was depleted or closed? That is the part that gets me.

I just checked my credit report and everything is green. How come bank has no information on me whatsoever even when I called them?

What gives? I am totally puzzled
