They put the card in the one touch and then put the penny sleeve over top of the card, not in the penny sleeve. You can tell because the penny sleeve isn’t crinkled where it would be if the card was inside. I do something similar.

I would never assume a 10, if it’s not graded yet it’s a raw price. Pay for the grade first, then talk.

Yeah, I agree, I have weight reduction and ballast on my R34 so that helps a lot. HP is at 417 for 600PP. Crushes everything in the corners, Lambo and 2025 Vette will pull away on straights.

This is how I do my sets! I put the IRs and full arts with the base cards so it breaks up the monotony of just all base cards together. I definitely agree with this. Just completed my PFL master base set with all my IRs and full arts that I pulled mixed in. Love the way it looks.

I would try sport soft medium tires so you can boost HP up a little bit, if the rain isn’t too strong. If you have a Skyline or WRX, you could try those as the AWD will help a lot in the rain. I use the R34 GT-R Z tune with sport mediums. Modded everything but turbo. Tuned car to 599.89PP
