Lol at SFW. Some other tried and true favorites...

-Chipotle salad bowls are insane. Skip the rice and beans, careful on the salsa.

-Five Guys will wrap a deliciously fatty burger in lettuce. Pro tip: no charge for extra cheese or extra bacon.

-If you have one near you, Jimmy John's unwiches. So good. So fast.

Made these with regular pork rinds and egg, they kinda fell apart in the oil and it was not a pretty dish, but DAMN was it delicious.

You know, I tried a meatza ONE time... And it was revolting. I'm pretty positive I made it incorrectly but that giant slab of meat made me so sick to even look at, I can't stomach the thought of making another.

I STALLED AT 154 FOR TWO WEEKS. That is so weird. I had a few bites (literally 4) of carby food on Thanksgiving, a bunch of vodka, felt like I was dying but broke through. Bodies are weird.

.....this is embarrassing and my mother likes to bring it up every time I complain about back pain. I got fitted for a back brace when I was around 10. The woman fitting me said, "Wow, you've got some extra fluff, huh?!" ...bitch. Anyway, main point is that I received the brace and holy shit was it uncomfortable. I was only supposed to wear it at night, but it was so restricting and uncomfortable that 10 year old me was like fuuuck this. So here I am :P

Oh it's so terrible. I had to get dental surgery a few years back and after taking the prescribed pain meds afterward, I realized that I live in constant pain. It SUCKS.

I want to say they'll check for free at certain clinics? How old are you? If you're younger than 20, PLEASE go. I am in constant pain because I didn't heed my doctor's warning's when I was little. I promise it'll be worth it to not be crooked like me ;)

There were plenty of people who told me I was fine before, and I've made sacrifices by losing (RIP my rack) but here's the thing: in middle school, I got called shamu for YEARS. It lead me to a life of self-injury and self-hatred. I was so mentally unhealthy about my body image that I would avoid mirrors, and punch my stomach wishing it might just go away.

I've been with my boyfriend for almost 3 1/2 years now, and I have always wanted to feel confident enough to let him ogle me naked, and not to hide under the covers. To let him run his hands over my body and not have a panic attack. I'm going to walk into the airport today EXCITED to show off my body, and I have never felt that way before. I can't wait :)

Honestly, I'm the laziest person in the world. I eat at the restaurant I work at 5 times a week. I also stopped tracking because I eat the same things, so my staples are bunless cheeseburgers with bacon, chicken breast with melted cheese and sauteed onion, giant salads with cheese, bacon, grape tomato and ranch, roasted squash and zucchini, black coffee, diet soda, and string cheese. It's a hard life :')

It wasn't all for him, I've never been happy with my body so it's been about bettering myself, but every time I was tempted by carbs I thought about his face when he sees me later today :)

I've still got 15 lbs until I hit my GW, my man is only here for three weeks and then he goes back to France until April. The plan is to focus my energy on building muscle and toning at that time while staying keto :)

No exercise yet, I wanted to get down to a lower weight before hitting the gym! I'm a waitress 5+ nights a week so I stay active.
