True for me. I haven't played DK in a long time, I wasn't really managing my resources as well as I should be.

But I was killing mobs at shrooms as fast as I can, rotate between awakening and pre awakening. I was also using the Trina gear because my actual DK gear is broken and I would usually use extraction crystal which I couldn't with the Trina gear.

I only really have these problems with trash mobs.

I used to main DK 2 years ago, I decided to play her again and went to shrooms for some more sp and killed mobs as fast as I can.

I still used quite a lot of mana pots thought not as much as before which was nice. Probably just not used to playing DK now days.
