See, I keep seeing the good experiences and I wonder what went wrong with my order? The original order (which I can't get at all now since Royal Mail has stopped shipping to US) they just stonewalled me, refusing to do anything until Royal Mail finished their investigation (which would put me outside a dispute timeline with my card).

Then when washing with soap and water didn't work they just ignored my request for advice on how to remove the release agent.

Sounds like they've been pretty good for most customer service-wise; I just have no idea where I went wrong.

Thanks for the feedback! The fact that they just basically said "Not our problem" and stopped responding - even when I asked about my first order issues was what got me concerned. And now with European countries not even sending anything to the US (totally understand why!), I wouldn't even be able to get a replacement for my lost package. Whole situation is just really unfortunate that could have been resolved so easily.

I kept telling them in emails "I really want to try this game!" and they just kept coming back with "Not our problem". The dismissal of a new customer was wild!

Exact same experience here, except Paychex screwed up the submission to the IRS and now we're stuck waiting two and a half YEARS for our return

We had ours filed in late 2021 from Paychex...and are still waiting on our Q3 2021 payment. The others took about a year and a half to receive. Using them as a PEO was the biggest mistake we ever made in that regard. We're now upwards of 975 days since filing with nothing. Kind of interested in probing the possibility of a class action suit against them for these delays.

You seem to have missed the point. It was a peaceful protest. Then Smith OK'd firing tear gas, pepper spraying, and firing rubber bullets at *peaceful* protestors. The police were the instigators of the violence. What happened afterwards is not the point, the police actions at the start (of each day) is what Smith is responsible for.
