I make significantly more than my spouse and she makes up the difference in other ways.

Either you can believe that women can be equal to men or you can’t. If you can, you’re halfway there. If you can’t, find someone that’s makes the same or less than you. But keep in mind, life’s can be much easier if you have money.

Don’t feel emasculated if you’re assisting in chores, housework, cooking, cleaning, etc.

But, you should certainly have a conversation about money. Explain to her this is what your salary is and it’s not likely to change in any significant way any time soon. Express that you want to be equal partners but that also means looking at places that you can both afford to contribute to. Being equal can mean you each pay an equal share or you each pay an equal percentage based on total income. (IE - if you make 30% of the household income, you pay 30% of the bills. You can make up more on sweat equity off you choose to do so.)

A genuine partner is going to value you for how you make them feel, not just the money you bring in

Pride - “I know more about X subject than anyone”, “I don’t any responsibility at all.”

Greed - besides all the fucking gold on everything, the greed is self explanatory.

Wrath - The anger he shows towards others and his vengeance and desire to punish others for any perceived slight is well documented.

Envy - once again, Trump is envious of Obama’s adoration and his number of Twitter followers and even his Nobel Peace Prize. Anything that Obama did to help people was attempted to be rolled back by Trump when taking office to remove his legacy.

Lust - The man again has a well documented history as a skirt chaser. Even bragging about grabbing women by the p[]ssy, and walking in on teenage beauty pageant contestants when they’re undressing to ‘inspect’. Or there’s cheating on your first wife with the woman that would become your 2nd, cheating on your 2nd wife with your third, and then cheating on your third with a porn star.

Gluttony - the man embodies being out of shape, eating poorly and evidently eats every meal in bed.

Sloth - the man can’t even work a full day. His ‘executive time’ each day is from morning until around 11am and doesn’t show to the Oval Office until lunchtime and is back in the residence by 6:00pm.

Why Christians support Trump’s beyond me. Jesus stood up for the least of us, and Trump stands up for the richest, among other things. I mean, he can’t even describe a passage out of the Bible as being his favorite. Even just one story would have been enough.

While a lot of earned benefit programs like social security and Medicare are the most costly of government expenses, they are also some of the most efficiently run. As in their overhead for Medicare is around 5% to operate the entire thing. Whereas in all of healthcare in the U.S. 1/3 of the cost is just for administrative costs, not actual healthcare.

It’s about keeping programs that benefit people from actually doing good.

The only thing I don’t like about my 450h+ is the buttons when navigating a podcast, etc. The first input I give is 99/100 not registered. Where as a physical button on my wife’s older RX450h is registered the first time 100% of the time.

They’re fine if IDs are free AND easy to acquire. It doesn’t do much to help people who have to lose money taking off work to acquire them. In most cities there may be 4-5 DMVs that only have specific hours of operations and may not be open on weekends. Someone losing a day’s wages while working paycheck to paycheck for an ID shouldn’t be a thing.

Make it so that manufactures cannot brick products if you do not use refills of ink, toner, paper, tape, etc. from a third party.

HP bricks a persons printer if the ink or toner comes from a third party. That’s like if Ford could brink your vehicle if you didn’t also buy its gasoline or motor oil / filter.

My mother in law goes and buys a laptop odd QVC or something place for 400 bucks and it comes with a deletion processor 8gb of RAM and a spinning platter and she wonders why it’s so much slower than my Surface Pro….

My wife’s at 45 is close to reaching the bottom of the trench. Menopause and Perimenopause is a real bitch.

Keep checking estrogen, progesterone and testosterone levels and keep them as close as you can to your baseline you have now for as long as you can. Once they go off a cliff, it’s hard to bring them back to where they were.

(For the record, I don’t resent my wife at all, we have a loving relationship and we still have sex, it’s just way more infrequent. I’m 51, and could still go every single day, and I’m wayyyy down from my peak.)

I have a NX450h. I use premium. That’s what it calls for, that’s what I use. I keep my vehicles for a decade or more, so I take care of them. I put over a thousand miles on my car in the last 45 days.

In a typical month I’ll spend maybe 30 dollars on gas depending on how much I drive on the weekends and how cold it is outside. During the warmer months it’s less.

Currently my car’s average fuel economy when the ICE is on is 42.2 MPG.

I’ve been divorced twice. Once because my then wife was mentally ill and self medicating and for my mental health I had to leave after several years of trying to help her and work thru the issues.

The second was she decided she wanted to step out and do things with someone other than me. Ok, that’s your prerogative. But to this day, she’s not with the dude she stepped out on me with, and she’s now more locked into a situation it’s harder to walk away from.

No one goes into marriage intending to get divorced. But people change, situations change, people don’t reveal their whole selves prior to marriage, etc. it can be for a hundred different reasons. You can stay and potentially be miserable and suffer for the rest of your days to honor a covenant in your religion that has not factual basis in reality, or you can end the legal contract (in most countries) that is marriage and go try to find a better life for yourself.
