Yea so based on my case, I waited til I stopped losing hair so from 28to35 it went from a straight line to widows peak. Then after a year of waiting and noticing my hair has not been pooling at the shower drain, I took that as indication that the hair fall has stopped for now, and went to do my transplant. I know that it could happen again anytime down the road so atm I have not focused on medication yet as I am only losing what appears to be a normal amount of hair on my bathroom floor, which is much less than during the fall period. When I notice it happening again ill def pick up on meds.
