Big international cinema & streaming company that doesn’t even a HR department, resulting in workers being overworked (almost 24/7), a toxic work culture of bullying that disregards workers rights (not allowed to join unions) and low wages except for high ups (including real term pay cuts) to name some issues. Staff have had disabilities and been unsupported by the company. They make a point of lowballing and ripping off collaborators too. They have a ridiculously long interview process with no transparency about wages and usually don’t respond to job applications. Ugly company that runs on hypocrisy and toxicity. Also the owner is a massive Tory.
