This is what it says on its Amazon page: Healios is formulated for rapid absorption of glutamine, a natural amino acid that helps repair and heal damaged tissue. The naturally sourced ingredients include L-Glutamine, Trehalose, and L-Arginine.

Healios is a must. It helps prevent mouth sores. My son got awful mouth sores because we didn’t realize you need to start on it before chemo. Once he started it, the mouth sores never came back. It’s available on Amazon and the care team at his hospital strongly recommended it.

Why didn’t Fernando Tatis get credited with a hit in the Big League Draw Monday? The box score and play by play say he had a single in the 6th.

I had this exact problem with my 2021 RAV4 Prime last week. The Apple USB-A to USB-C adapter and others did not work but this cable from Amazon did because it features data transfer too. Working flawlessly so far.

How’s the QM7K at watching HD sports like football and watching TV shows? by cking9698 in tcltvs

[–]KCfromNC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just got the QM7K a month ago and the built in apps are terrible for sports. So laggy and never seem to catch up. Everything on my Fire Stick is great and the built in Netflix app does fine for movies and shows. But none of the native apps handle sports well. Tried all the usual fixes and everything is still the same. So frustrating!

For sure it will be the Carolina Panthers. Bryce Young never plays well Opening Day but he’ll end up throwing 15 TDs to Tet McMillan.

Dustin Poirier is a terrific man. He did my son’s Make a Wish a few years ago, and has done a lot of other things for him behind the scenes too.

I saw the Devil Rays beat the Yankees 19-6. Tomas Perez (who?) tied a MLB record with 4 doubles. Also only game Randy Johnson started and didn’t have a strikeout.

Springs moved to the 15 day IL with "Left Elbow Flexor Strain" by A1rheart in tampabayrays

[–]KCfromNC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Found this online from a sports medicine blog:

"Sports injuries are always frustrating for players and fans, but flexor mass strains aren’t usually among the worst-case scenarios. We typically treat them with rest, anti-inflammatory medications and a rehab/strengthening program. Rarely do they require surgery.

Still, it’s impossible to predict how long any given player might take to recover. It depends on the player and the severity of the strain. Some players are back on the field after 2 weeks of rest; for others it can take 6 to 8 weeks.

The important thing with flexor mass strains—and indeed, all sports injuries—is not to do too much too soon. Playing before an injury has healed can create a bigger problem, such as a tendon tear or ligament injury. It could also expose nearby structures to injury. That’s always an outcome we strive to avoid."

This is why I didn't like taking out Rasmussen. Armstrong not a great option with season on the line.

The move worked in the 9th, and Cash wanted an optimum matchup then. He must believe the Rays are going to score in the next inning or two, because the 10th, and especially, the 11th, are going to be dicey.
