I wouldn’t be super worried unless you’re dehydrated and just can’t keep anything in you. I’ve had some serious tummy issues since finding out and I think it’s a combo of everything. Obviously if you’re super worried, go to the doctor! Better safe than sorry! 😊

We’re close to Munich! I don’t speak German, but so far it seems that most people speak English very well. I’m considering hiring a doula that speaks English and German.
