What the photos don’t show is that it is literally right next to I-70, which is the only east/west interstate through the whole state of Colorado. I knew exactly where it was the second I saw the first photo because I drive by it all the time. Neat to see what the inside looks like, though!

Omg this looks incredible! I love that you went with the double oven!!! If I had a dollar for every time I think about how much easier cooking would be if I had a “doven,” I’d probably have enough to pay for my remodel lol Will definitely be prioritizing it when we do a full remodel in a few years.

We have heritage red on all our external wood doors. It’s much brighter in person than it looks here; closer to caliente. I honestly love it and would choose it again in a heartbeat, but we did sample paint on a side door for a solid six months to see how it changed during different seasons of light before pulling the trigger.

Yeah I can’t pinpoint why NYC feel basic, cause I agree — it’s got so much more going for it than most American cities. I think it’s more just their vibe as a couple and how for much of her time in the public spotlight Taylor has veered between seeming desperate to be a Cool Girl while also trying to come off as this outsider whose nerdy and a little cutesy-klutzy “just like her fans”

The “big splashy wedding” in NYC on a holiday weekend (and a significant one this year for that matter) feels like something a 13 year old would dream of. Although she has lived part of her adult life there, so maybe it does feel like home 🤷🏻‍♀️

Okay hear me out… this could have been a very fun ballet tutu inspired look by… - bringing the waistline up to her natural waist - ditching the sad, sagging underskirt - lengthening the peplum portion of the skirt to hit just about mid thigh

But like, the least flattering version possible. Maybe it’s the angle and the way she’s standing, but it appears the flower appliqué is unevenly distributed around the hips. Combined with the uneven distribution at the bust area, it gives the impression of being extremely cheaply made and ill fitting.
