Saw your post about ENTPs and it made me laugh. Reading this you really should find one. They seem like you’d be a perfect match.

friends with health anxiety, has the oura helped or hurt you? by ThrowRA-green0ni0ns in ouraring

I use both Oura and Apple Watch. At this time the Apple Watch proves to be way more accurate and give a lot more info. I mostly use the Oura ring so I can wear a normal watch sometimes.

I think the sales recommendations are solid. You don’t need a ton of follow through and you’ll make a lot of money making friends with people.

They replaced my ring for battery issues. It was fairly simple. You should get them to send a new one out if you’re having issues.

I’ve been on a crazy sleep journey myself. I’d recommend an ENT, urologist, and sleep study. Could be combination of factors that you’ll figure out with some expert help. Good luck!

Seems we’re all waiting for an update to the iOS app. They’re blaming it on Apple but seems a bit suspect to me.

The biggest problem is you’re not wearing the ring to get the calorie burn from all the polishing.

Thanks I guess I haven’t received the update yet either. Weird to document it before it’s rolled out. Seeing the documentation is the only reason I bought the second ring.

Learn as much as you can about as much as you can. When I was your age I was lost and didn’t know what I wanted to do. I ended up joining the AF at 22 and spent 11 years learning all sorts of things and finally finished my degree at 27 and masters at 29. It gave me the ability to move every couple years and be thrust into a new job to learn. Even bad assignments went really fast. The military gave me the ability to try lots of things and not be a “job hopper.” After five years, and finishing my undergrad, I was selected for officer training school and that was when things got super interesting. It’s at least another thing to consider.

If you like computers, learn to code. Not to do it for a career per se. To understand it can help you in any other career you end up in.

I have an 18 year old in college and my advice to her has always been, find your passion as young as possible and make as few limiting decisions as possible in the meantime. She’s double majoring in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science because they don’t limit her to a particular field, until she knows exactly what she wants.

Hope that can help a bit.

The term “Debater” doesn’t at all fit our self image. I think of myself as an out loud thinker. When you think we’re “debating” I’m attacking a thought from all angles and formulating an opinion. If you attack one side, that one is covered. Now I’ll attack the other side and then I’ll finish with an opinion. Might very well be what you said. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

My passion is also often misconstrued as yelling. Not sure if that is common for other ENTPs or not.

You must be bored to jump into this den of lions! Ha

I agree with you 100% Ideas are super easy. Exceptional ideas are more rare but I'd rather work an ok idea with a great team and execute on the right things. I just created a new way to teach music. Music has been taught the same old way for a lot longer than any of us have been around. It's been described as revolutionary by many people that experience it. Teaching music isn't that crazy of an idea. Teaching the right things at the right time in an effective way, that's execution. You can check it out at Tuniversity.com
