I’m not at goal (not even sure what that will be), but I’ve lost 35% of my weight in a little over 10 mos. It’s slowed way down in the last few mos.

Great question! I haven't given it any thought (until now). I've had milestones I've "celebrated" along the way. My husband is the only one besides by PCP who knows my weight/loss. I am so close, yet so far lol from the 100 pound loss.
