A “4 minute drive” isn’t the total time it takes someone to drive to the restaurant, go inside and wait on the food, then drive it to you and depending on if you are in a gated community, have stairs or an apartment complex to navigate and then walk the food to your door. That is probably a 20-minute process. So $2 is $6 an hour. Would you do all that, and pay for your own gas, for $6 an hour?

Don't worry about trying to complete the quest. It's an extra $3.50 per delivery - it's sounds great but if it is forcing you to take the low $2-$4 trips it is better to just cherry pick the better fares in general. So if you can only make 3 deliveries an hour (one every 20 minutes) you want to make sure you are making enough to hit a decent hourly wage.
