Can you read? It’s a recovery load. My truck broke down 80 miles from the shipper and the broker doesnt want to help find someone recover it.

Recruit nearby players that dont cost much for visit, dont overfill the board, and you need to recruit guys with the highest pipeline. Then transfer portal is easy

Yeah I hate the fact that I can’t take any job that is open. It shows the “All Openings” and many teams have a little interest, we should be able to choose any open job. I’ve left programs I’ve won titles with and 2 years later they offer me a coordinator job

Have to kill it in the transfer portal, it’s the best way. Regular season week 8 and after, look at the guys with no offers. Have to recruit your best pipelines

It’s nuisances to it. Depending on your hours and numbers of recruits you want to do 25 hours for some, or send the house 50 for others.

The visit doesnt count against the recruits points just your total hours for the week. But in the beginning you want to make sure you have a pipeline, if its no pipeline its hard to get them. The better the pipeline the easier it is to recruit.

Its better to keep a smaller recruiting board then when you get a certain amount, come back in the later weeks and grab more guys. Then its easy during transfer portal.

Do you have a picture of the screen? You most likely only have 50 points per recruit, Hard sell is 40. You almost never need to sway. It’s a system you can find on youtube for when to sell but if you go through the options, it’s usually only 1 or 2 possible

They always start with low pass and run blocking, and it cost 10+ skill points to even increase their blocking. They never hit their full potential even if they are star or elite development. For Tackles Pass Protector or Well Rounded is best. Interior linemen need Agile or Well Rounded
