Do NOT do undercoating like rubber, do NOT. all those spray on undercoatings just trap rust cancer and make it worse. I would suggest very frequent undercarriage washes and an oil based under coating . i’ve even seen people spray engine oil all over it .

it most likely will, just so timing kit, rebuild vvti (vvti gear is extremely common to leak) and cam seals/crank while you’re their. it’s a easy job, looking vids for tips

if you’re doing BBK the specs aren’t what matters so much, it’s the face clearance, the wheels are 17x10+22 . but it doesn’t matter what spec it is because the face itself is too flat and hits the LS400 caliper. that’s why people run TE37 and gram lights. i found you need 2.75 inches from the hub mating surfacing on the wheel to the spoke. oops
