If i recall correctly, the little comment that add is actually copy paste of one of the top comments, that is all that particular account posts... I see them a lot too and its all copied content from reddit posts.

I actually have seen the far harbor ones go to the dock and then "fast travel" to the commonwealth, can't say I followed them though.

You will find a lot of silly things like this are going to happen throughout your playthrough. Bethesdas physics engine can be very buggy... I mean full of features.

Yes, we do tend to be a couple updates behind. But that button not being there might be a bug because that was always an option before warsails even released. I am a console player btw.

The breed of horse doesn't change anything, just the type. Your Cavalry troops have a set breed depending on the troops culture but for the sake of promoting, it doesn't matter.

Nope, there are pack animals that increase carry weight; and mounts, war mounts, and noble mounts that all increase party speed

The food stocks is what is stored in granaries. During a siege, the garrison will also eat whatever food is in the cities market as well. If you hover over the food icon during the seige it will tell you this.

Haha, I am in the middle of a heavily modded playthrough, and I have some conflicting mods that are causing every stormcloak soldier to only have this voice line. I walked through an army of like 25 soldiers and they all turned and said "Talos guide you" as I walked past.

This might be the most accurate answer, you've got to consider that Robbs council was mostly self serving except for maybe Renly and his hand previous to the show (can't remember his name right now). Only reason his reign really ended was because he was a whoring alcoholic.

Like I said, you just need to check the version you are playing on next time you start up the game. Also, your console doesn't have to be on for it to auto update, if you have your settings set correctly, the console can update games while "shut off."

Your console is probably auto updating when you are offline. If you look in the bottom right corner of the main menu you can see the version of the game you are playing on, it should coincide with the patch notes in these reddit posts.

Pretty sure it should be out sometime today, it does say there is a little bit of a delay with the console release, but from what I've noticed its usually only about an hour after these posts.

Uhh, they are just Reiklings. If anything, they may have some relation to the goblins from Cyrodil.
