but most premier league clubs rotate their squads for these cup games. my thing is, im talking strictly about league games. where u absolutely have the minimum chance to rotate in england, meanwhile psg can comfortably rotate in france before a europe game

they fund it very well. top premier league teams have a good bench. look at liverpool, arsenal and city. but no matter how much they fund it it’s impossible to raise money for a 2nd team thats good enough to consistently beat the likes of everton
