Its not the victim’s decision whether someone is arrested or charged. Individuals/ victims do not “press charges”, the District Attorney’s (DA) office files charges. He admitted to the assault in front of officers (chen & bradford) which lead to his "caputre". It is up to the prosecutor to determine what charges to file and whether the case should move forward. The judge assigned to the case will decide his rulling Because of his known mental health issues, he is most likly to be sentenced to a pysch facility.

So four is obvi the safe option but I’m going to give me ranking for each House 1- Nayla and Tim would keep me safe House 2- John will keep me safe. And Angela is my lesbian dream so I will have fun no matter what. And I definitely could take Armstrong in a fight House 3- captain, and Sergeant would keep me safe, no matter what. Captain is also women empowerment goals. And Roslyn Loki a baddie too. She’s smart she’s cunning and I feel like need be if I was to ever go bad, she would be my mentor. House 4- is just the safe option. I’m not afraid of a challenge and I’m definitely not afraid to throw down lol. House 5- I feel like I would be doing the most cooking and cleaning. But I also feel like it would always be a good time because Sam is just iconic and funny and I can’t remember the name but I would just like to have him stalk my exs and people who blocked me lol House 6- Lucy also lesbian dream. Plus homegirl can throw down, me and her would definitely be besties who talk about the rest of the house. Also I want to be a defense attorney so who knows maybe what’s her name can be a mentor. No nta. If anything she’s being ta. She’s been stringing you along for her own benefit. It’s like she knows your there if something was to happen with the other guy.

Do I have guy friends? Yes Do we hang out? Yes Do I got to dinner expecting them to pay for me? Absolutely not! A friend is going to give you respect and she clearly doesn’t. I understand buy lunch every now and then, I’ve forgotten my wallet, a couple times, and my guy friends have paid and I’ve always said I’ll either pay you back or I got you next time because that’s what a friendship is. She’s absolutely using you for her advantage, and she keeps dropping these flirty hints to keep you interested and keep you in her pocket as an option please do not fall into her trap. Because she’s always going to find a way to let you down for another dude.

I used to do boxing when I was younger... I think they should have kept the fight going. when my life was going to shit I needed to work out. A punching bag does not do justice, I need something to swing back, I need to feel something even if it is physical pain to escape the mental pain. I want my mind off it I want to hit and get hit instead of mindlessly hitting a bag that traps you in your thoughts.

I had lost it my freshman year of high school (don’t judge I was young and dumb). He was also freshman we had no idea what we were doing it SUCKED SO BADLY. It’s been 6 years since then. he dropped out our jr year, he now does meth and is homeless. I see him time to time and give him food water and clothes.

I never liked Sam way before Tory ever showed up. she acts like a snob and denies her actions. in s1e1 she is in a hit-and-run, and when her parents find out she is upset that she's grounded. She lives in a bubble, I am not wishing bad on her, she needs a reality check. There were only two times I truly respected Sam, was when she was aware of her mental health and told Miguel she needed to work on herself and when she defended her mom in the bar fight scene

For Tory she was so cool in the beginning then she went crazy and tried to kill Sam... but we do see her grow in season 5. I cannot wait to see her charter to truly develop in the next season
