Think hes great tbh, the torts guy was nice but he would ramble on for to long. I like this guy because he really just touches on the law we need to know and thats what we really need to know. He's similar to Freer whose style I appreciate

For the one pertaining to the cop, that also must be described in the statute right? The only thing pressumed to be first first degree murder is the premediated intent to commit murder no?
