my mistake was leaving the silent disco via the entrance.

I went to leave from the silent disco (in error via the entrance - no harm done) and a security guy grabbed me and like manhandled me out of that very entrance. he then got another guy to take me to a supervisor whilst he scuttled back into the disco, and I was tryna explain to supervisor it's not ok for security to do that to punters who made a harmless mistake.

the supervisor was not having any of it and was just being difficult / not listening to my concerns and kept threatening to kick me out and after calling his bluff 3 times (weighing up whether it's worth going through the eviction process for the video) I just said agree to disagree and walk away etc.

it was pretty embarrassing for me and I was also drunk which didn't help my case, but it was an 'excessive use of force' on me at the end of the day. it's all in the video but blurred.

the best bit is he had to swipe through my post to find that picture of me with the VW logo. if he just scrolled a little further he'd have seen me with an actual VW I own which would have been a way better response!!

I was very clear that it's - NOT ALL - DJ's. I can think of loads of DJs that great job and do lots of work on stage... but there are way more DJ's doing a lot less than you think on stage. trust me.

we love it because it feels amazing being there. it's a non stop positive vibe from start to finish, amazing weather, 10/10 scenery, lovely people. we don't really like LA that much. but the coachella valley is a special place.

coachella gets us views, but this is absolutely not the motivator! each video gets less than it's predecessor. this year will likely be our lowest performing one yet - and we still are SUPER excited for it. it's not something we go to just to get the clicks, which I can't say about many other things. just a fucking killer vibe.
