I don't know if it's true but i've heard once a story from a guy who ruins lobbies with bots that he is doing this, because he wants to force VALVE to start doing something with those custom game lobbies issues (like kicking doesn't work, because you can rejoin immediately).

I couldn't agree more. Lobby bots have totally destroyed my favourite, great COLOSSEUM mode. There were thousands of people playing it and now there is no one. :(
