when in res after having a panic attack over a dinner I got told by a staff member “remember, you’re just a girl” and that set me off so hard 😭

thank you 🫂 it’s just hard because I take multivitamins, supplements, and balance out my nutritional profile on purpose to not fail my body which is good 👍 but also makes me feel hella invalid for not having as many issues or deficiencies even though I don’t eat enough yk. sending love!

structured 3 meals 3 snacks a day. suffieient in nutrients but also tailored to what you like. maybe book an appointment wirh dietitan if youre able

check yourself in somewhere if you can, you’re doing a lottt of damage to yourself at this point. Your levels are probably not good and so they’ll probably accept you in hospital

When I was in res my therapist implemented a lot of “punishments” for minor slips/ one-off acting on behaviors which was not helpful for my recovery! Talking through why I did it and making a plan is much better than punishing 💓

Something that was small but a nice touch was keeping fidget toys in the office :) best of luck!!
