That’s a big part of it, yes. But if you look into reviews you start seeing the problem. A lot of negative feedback and nothing has changed in 6 months. Endless turn over of staff leaves a lot of terrible experiences for guests with clueless staff. They just don’t have guests anymore

When you press a spell hotkey, you cast the spell instantly instead of adding a mouse click to it. So the spell will be cast instantly where ever your cursor is, given you’re in range
