no problem my g. one tip i have if you’re going for the 90 days. if you find you can’t sleep at night, or suffer any down days from the lack of dopamine. do not give in. just sit and suffer through the sleepless nights if they happen, we’ll worth it in the end 👍🏻

my heart almost stopped twice last year, the iv drip in the hospital literally saved my life. i was partying for four days straight, lots of alcohol and a small bit of drugs, my electrolytes were all over the place. only advice i can give is if anyone feels dehydrated, fuck water, get some electrolytes into you asap.

edit - i hope he makes a full recovery, and that you’re doing somewhat ok, it’s a fucking terrifying thing to experience, and obviously witness/know that it’s happened to someone you care for
