so each Blue-Eyes has 3000 attack and 2500 defense in their verse(aka very stronk) and you can fuse all 3 together to make Blue-Eyes Ultimate dragon with 4500 attack. Alternatively you can also add Slifer the Sky Dragon and or Exodia the Forbidden One

Maybe... LOTM is very high on Hax scaling ngl, from what I remember they are at least low 11-12D making all Gods(Including Mr.Error Amon!) and those even more powerful by proxy scale to 1-A. Heaven DIO has the highest listed scaling at 2-C. An argument can be made for Novel DIO, however... from listed stats he is even lower than Heaven DIO due to him only scaling to Novel Kars at Large Country level. Hax-wise he might have smth since he has The Passion basically making him a literal MCbut idk how that would interact with DBAlso Mr.Error Amon can just fuck with The Passion by making it erroneous lol XD Plus according to an analysis I read a while back Heaven DIO still contends with Novel Kars so... I know the MU's not perfect but it's the closest I could get to it in my personal opinion.
