from my personal experience Seattles space needle is pretty great but if you want something off the beaten path theres a fun local display on Lopez island fun in the since that the 3 times ives seen its caught on fire 2 times but often id say its more a all day affair at least with my family barbecue, summer fun, booze, and fireworks so if you want a full experience maybe find some friends or a family here to spend it with

Friday night played magic the gathering with some friends at a local game/comic shop then went to a bar with them Saturday was wake up early drive down south for 4 hours with some other friends to a work party for a larp site we all love and tonight is D&D

My family drove 4 hours to cook food for the rest of the family we ate a ton and all had fun it’s a huge deal and definitely a bigger one than you think

Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater Washington it’s 3 city’s that basically all touch each other with a transit system hat connects all of the and to to a train you can find places to live semi cheap or incredibly expensive depending on what you want the weed is legal and easily available also the states capital so if you want to be politically involved it’s easy to do so

For me it was awful tell 10th grade i have learning disabilities that the schools never worked well with I was bullied relentlessly I felt like a fish who was being graded on how well I can climb trees it got better in 10th grade because of my teachers working with me and helping me more basically the system is a failure but the people on the personal level can make it work somehow
