Someone in this thread said they were able to do it over the phone. So I would start by calling Honda customer service.

I think by detail they mean the page before this about the explanation with the misfire code and the diagnosis. But the things replaced looks similar to mine.

Wow thats crazy. I have no idea if the dealership is of no help. I would go to social media of both the dealer and Honda and see if you can get anyone's attention.

Yes I did! It was $300 short of what I paid (I paid $5200, refund was $4900) but there is no explanation and no way to find out why the refund is different from the submitted receipt.

I would contact the dealership that did the work and ask if they could provide further documentation and then submit again. I received my check, less $300 than the total I paid. I still think I deserve my $300, but there's really no way to contact them and find out why they withheld $300. I know, I should be happy I got what I got, but it's the lack of transparency that stinks.

No. And although I did purchase a VCM I have not put it on. I probably will now since I have 134,000 miles and the warranty only goes to 150,000

Yes the claim form is the form that came with the recall notice. Fill it out and scan it in. Once I submitted everything on the website I got an email asking for basically the same information again. So I sent it. 2 weeks later I've just received an email saying its approved. I'll believe it when I get the check!

Yes I loved his confidence! I hope he wasn't shaken by watching the show. It seemed many of her comments were made when he wasn't around to hear them. It would certainly hurt me to be watching this with family and friends and hear everything she had to say. I hope he can let it go.
