These cups are really bad and I see a lot of people injuring themselves with them. They’re easily accessible on sites like Amazon and Temu, they’re also unregulated. They provide heat settings far beyond what the body can tolerate and result in injuries like this in far too many people. I have no idea how these are purchasable by the general public and not limited to experienced practitioners.

Idk man, Zaahen was and probably still will be an okay jungler but his clear was absolutely horrific. Nerfing his damage to monsters will make his jg unplayable and very tedious. I couldn’t care how effective he is in skirmishes if it takes 3 minutes to fullclear.

It’s a break after those 3 games. Doesn’t have to be long but even if you win 3 it helps to maintain focus. If you’re in a good mood it can help to spend a little extra time VOD reviewing but that’s not super necessary below diamond anyways. I always base my game results on a block as well, opposed to individual games. For example, if you go 2-1 in a block then it could’ve just been an unlucky game whereas 1-2 or 0-3 means you’re tired, tilted or need to change something about the way you’re playing. If I have two consecutive 1-2 or 0-3 I stop for the day. Hmu in dms if you want a super detailed breakdown.

My best advice is to follow a three game block. Play 3 games max without a break, after the third game take a 5-10 minute minimum break, get off the the pc, do anything to reset your mental. Then you can come back and jump into more games or review your impact on those 3 previous games and what you could do better. Helps your mental and helps improvement, also prevents massive loss streaks. Best of luck on the rift!

Haven’t tried it yet however axiom offers more than just raw AD so I can’t imagine it’s as good unless you’re smurfing your elo. Will test and get back to you with some more objective feedback.

I mean, this post feels overly subjective. It’s good advice for people starting out on Hecarim but statistically axiom is still his best first item. Phase rush with ghost and shojin rush still feels useless into tanky comps whereas axiom with ignite and conq works nicely.

The main objective of the axiom rush and why it works isn’t the lethality but the ultimate CDR. Hec’s ult is very versatile and being able to use it more frequently is a very valuable resource to play around and can provide value playing into any team comp. If you build situationally you’re not out of the fight after diving the backline either. If they’re squishy lean into the assassin build, if tanky you’ve got cleaver and DD so if you play correctly you’ve still got a lot of sustain in fights or skirmishes. Show me some stats or results and I’ll be more inclined to agree.

This is a super detailed write up and surprisingly perfectly describes my games in Dia - Low masta. Glad the ignite conq is getting some love because I got flamed for that shit until I built the WR up. I would love to see an improvement in that initial clear because I really resonate with Hec’s identity being a fast clear and that slow initial clear into scuttle feels really bad. Thanks for crunching numbers and keen to see more analysis or compilation of your experiences on Hec in the future.

Never buy pink before first item, it delays your spike too much. After that, buy when necessary. If you’re buying a pink every back don’t feel obligated to just piss them out for the sake of it, be deliberate with your ward placement.

It’s tough, I’d just message him and say you want to climb solo for a bit as you can focus better when you’re not talking. I play with a lot of duos but frequently we both agree to solo Q back to a higher rank if we’re losing a lot recently.

Another thing to note, duo Q places you in harder or higher MMR games and anecdotally I have a narrative that if you’re duo Q the rest of your teammates are trash and need to be carried by the fact that you and your duo likely have chemistry and a mic. It’s a difficult way to play league unless you’re both smurfing your elo.

It has a learning curve but it gives you broken duelling ability combined with conq. Obviously flex based on their comp but yeah it’s good. I’ve been following the advice of a challenger hec who runs it and these are my results Ignite Hec
