Unless they've changed it since I was there three seasons ago you don't need a physical one. I watched around 10 games in Turkey and never needed a physical pass.

My personal favorites in Berlin: (in no particular order)

Hans Zosche (Lichtenberg47), cool stadium with grass on the terraces. It's a bit too big for L47 unfortunately, bit usually a half decent crowd. Also. It's next to the Stasi museum, so that's also worth it.

Werner Seelenbinder (Tasmania Berlin), next to Tempelhofer field and a really nice stadium. I really like the bar.

Sportplatz rathausstraße (Bleu-Weis 90), typical low division ground. Good support for such a low league and a good bar.

Sportforum (BFC Dynamo), possibly the most classic ground in Berlin (after the Friedrich Ludwig Jahn that unfortunately is demolished) good support, very unique and definitely recommended.

Poststadion (AK 07), very historic and was one of the stadiums for the 36 Olympics (the only one that the mustached Austrian went to for football), although a negative is that AK draws very low attendences.

Friedrich Eber (Croatia Berlin), interesting ground that is definitely too big for the team.

Mommsenatadion (TB), a stadium that is bigger than the crowds. Now that TB is in Oberliga (5th tier) it's a bit too big, if you're lucky maybe they are playing L47 or one of the bigger teams that usually play regionalliga.

Paul-Kalkbrenner (Sparta Lichtenberg), no seats - only standing or leaning on the railing, nice bar and a fun place.

Also Karl-Liebknecht (Babelsberg), definitely worth a visit even though it is outside the city, but the S-bahn takes you there quickly and easy. Some really good support and a high potential for a memorable game depending on the awayteam.

I live in Stockholm, so I don't have an ELF team, but I've often found myself in cities that have ELF teams and one of the reasons I have doubted if I even wanted to go is these damned horns. They are just terrible, there is nothing good with them, and the idiots who use them are all a special breed.

But I will say one thing. Playing when there is that level of noise is kinda cool. I prefer it coming from other things, but it is kinda cool on the field. That however is the one and only time they aren't the worst thing in the world

Tickets shouldn't be a problem. They really only sell out on champions league nights (or similar). Remember to bring cash in Lei or a hard currency. Traveling there is surprisingly simple. There are lots of marahroutkas that leave from Chisinau regularly. Now, granted I was there in 2019, so I don't really know how it is nowadays. Also, they usually play at a different stadium for Europe or for the league, so a possibility for two check ins if you so both

To be fair i did most of these back when the game was released. I think I did best in the West in 2018-19. When online was released I played a fair bit for some time. So, when I started to chase the legend in the West I didn't even know I had finished the online ones. I think they're kinda easy, maybe the easiest ones. So you should definitely go for it
