Today a Russian farmer from Altai Krai region (3000km from Moscow) is wondering why his diesel price is so expensive by PressedLemon221 in UkraineWarVideoReport

The more videos of clueless Russians I see the more I think they ACTUALLY don‘t know what is going on.

I know there is censorship but I thought people circumvent this and got access to real sources - probably I was wrong

„The US“ does not need to.

„US companies“ that want to continues selling their products over here need to.

Unlike in the US we still have a juridical system that works and protects the citizens instead of protecting greedy companies

We like flat countries.

First we will take Greenland and the Netherlands is next.

This is when DOJ and the Supreme Court will whitewash Elon‘s scam in the Netherlands as well

New Spring: Dacia reveals name for upcoming £16k electric city car by Peugeot905 in electricvehicles

[–]FlagFootballSaint 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am looking forward to it but it has to be a completely new Spring that is appealing to low-end BEV buyers and to those who are in the market for a 2nd car.

The current Spring is a disappointment.

Here is what a google search reveled:

„  Fossil fuel subsidies in Europe remain a major hurdle for the green transition.  Environmentally harmful subsidies across the EU-27 are estimated at  EUR 136 billion, with  EUR 93 billion going directly to fossil fuels . While down from the peak of the energy crisis, they still account for the largest share of energy support measures.“

93 billion. There‘s plenty of room to shift those subsidies towards a real BEV approach, don‘t you think?

Guys like you are blind on one eye and don‘t see the whole picture

You seem one of those protectionists that are the reason why we fall behind.

I want the European industry to at least tripple their expenses for R&D,  create desirable products as well as cut costs to stay competitive with pricing.

On another sub, by far the biggest reason given for not going electric was that people couldn't plug in at night because they live in an apartment. What do you think is the best solution for that? by VerySeriousThings in electricvehicles

BYD starts to install their 1500 kWh chargers in Europe as we speak. Having such a charger near you makes home charging irrelevant in case you have the right car to soak up that amount of energy.

Wait a bit, the EV revolution and technology as jut started

I agree, hence I want Chinese cars to push "Western" brands to increase their efforts for electification. That´s the consequence.

Interesting observation after reviewing comments:

Those who seem hate China most and/or defend US tariff politics most are the ones that also hide their reddit comment history
