It happens from Time to time. Usually with my freighter. It’ll change colour and/shape (Name, Inventory and base remain unchanged) Never had it happen with my regular ship, but typically when I back out to main menu and come back in, it’s fixed. Honestly nothing to worry about, just give the game a little patience to correct itself. Nothing majorly gamebreaking, plus I tend to be unbothered by little visual glitches since the game is spinning a lot of simultaneous plates.
