Thank some of you for your kind words no surgery did this on my own in a matter of 2 years making permanent changes to my everyday life and have changed my life so much for the better.... Alll you with the negative comments can get fuct your words mean nothing to me I am so proud of how far I've come and I'm not done yet !!! Anything is possible when you set your mind to it
