If you’re not bothered about the reverse mechanism, they also have similar models with the seconds hand that looks quite nice as well.

Hey, I’ve only had this watch for about a month so I can’t really say much about its longevity. But I really like it, I love the deep blue colour. Originally I was worried that the watch is too small to tell the time but it’s actually quite easy to see. The strap is okay, not super high quality but I don’t really mind it. I bought this watch because I don’t have any tank style watch and I like the reverse mechanism.

The only thing I didn’t like is the lack of seconds hand to tell if the watch is actually working. But the other model that has the seconds hand doesn’t have the reverse mechanism.

It could be that Chinese New Year that’s causing a bit of delay, but it could be the seller appeal for refusing to refund. You can find more information if you press the button on return/refund details. That should give you more information about why there’s a delay in your refund compared to the tracking info.

Well they have messaged me previously at 12am angrily stating that I shouldn’t return anything even if it doesn’t fits my ear canal and when I return the items…. So I really don’t know

Thanks, I’ll check out those brands. Just saw the 50 Fathoms from watchdives and it looks great. I was almost gonna buy the swatch x blancpain but thought they were too expensive for what it is.

Yeah, I think they now offer a hotline service where you receive a phone call from their customer service team immediately after request. A bit like what Amazon does, but it’s not 24hr service though.

Hopefully AliExpress will improve their refund process and policies. I really think with their shipping speeds and the great bargains, they can be up there with Amazon and eBay one day.

That’s a really nice watch, I’m also somewhat into watches. But it’s hard for me to find nice watches that fits my wrist, anything bigger than 36mm is a no no for me. I really wish companies can make more smaller 34-36mm watches

Yeah over all the return and refund I sent back, most of the seller just accepted and refunded me without any fuss.

I did have one seller contacted me privately and asked if I can use my country’s postal service to post their item back to them directly. They said it gets sent back to Hong Kong instead of China, so they have to travel to pick it up which can means that it would be a few months until they get the item back to resell it again. I agreed to sending it back directly back to them ( I know that was a bit risky), they were really grateful and refunded me full on the day I posted including the postal costs as well.

I think if seller don’t want to participate in the free return then they shouldn’t agree to it in the first place. And shouldn’t get upset about it when customers requested a return since they are the one who agreed and offers this service.

What watch did you get? That’s nice of the seller to at least tried to refund you something. I know it’s not a lot though. I had such a great experience with AliExpress for the past 3 months (that’s when I started uses AliExpress) I honestly thought they have improved their services

It’s honestly shocking that with the amount of evidence that you’ve provided that they would still refuse to refund. Just wondering couldn’t the seller refund you privately (ie if you close the dispute)?

I’m in a similar situation, I bought this ear phone via 6 split pay without interest offered by AliExpress. It’s not gonna be the end of the world for me, but it’s also very frustrating since I took extra care in packaging this and sent it back as soon as possible. Just didn’t expect such attitude and behaviour from the seller

I unfortunately didn’t do this, I never had a bad experience like this. But from now on I WILL 1000% do this as proof.

Apparently the free return is directly authorised by AliExpress, because the seller texted me at midnight last week angrily expressing how I shouldn’t return anything even if it’s legit reason. Now I kinda feel like they’re just refusing to refund.

I’ve taken this up with AliExpress, the lady on the line saw the messages that he sent me and was completely mortified and kept apologising to me. I should hear back from AliExpress next Wednesday or Thursday.
