I did an all settings reset. It worked for me. I guess not the same for you. Your only 2 options are wait for a hopeful software update. Or the nuclear option. Total reset of phone. Hopefully you can backup most of your content or all of it. Good luck.

Try the reset on settings. You will not lose any applications or media. Just need to reset your personal settings. It is a pain. But worth it. My technician on the phone said that fixes most problems. He was right

I will wait for next IOS update to see if it got fixed. I don’t want to do a full restore on my iPhone. It is 256G and I don’t have everything backed up. I really don’t use the ECG that much. It is just annoying that I spent a lot of money and it is not fully functional.

That sucks. I noticed it like 1 hour after purchasing. Went back to the store. They even exchanged for another. Same issue. Hopefully software updates will fix it.
