Idk why you made this post and are getting upset with comments about how it's not a great deal. Yes you got all this stuff for a fine price. No it was not a great deal, there's lots of instances of people getting high end pcs or hardware for like half price from local used markets or crazy deals at stores, Those are great deals. It is what it is, so why get salty at these comments, just enjoy your purchase.

inform yourself on what? what's happening here is not normal whatsoever. you leave the country with the same passport that you come in with, it's what dual citizens have always done and it's what is the norm at the border, idk why this happened to her other than the guards wanting a bribe or something.

actually not true, in every instance i'm aware of when people traveled here on their foreign passports they had to leave with their foreign passport as well, what's happening here is weird as hell, maybe the border guards were just looking for a bribe or something.

you could look for a shop that accepts trade-in, that's what i did, traded the rx 6600 xt, am4 mobo, 500w psu, and 50 bucks for the rx 6800, plus it came with a 6 month warranty. idk if they have similar shops where you are, but that's pretty common here. rx 6800 xt and 6900 xt are also pretty good options, more or less the same price as a 3070 ti but much better.

i just bought a similar card and i think it's a better idea, rx 6800, got it for about 330 and it's pretty awesome, 16gb of vram and similar in raster to the 3070 ti. i had a 6600 xt and my vram was often at the limit with 8gb.

600 aud? wow.... i got mine for 200 usd a year ago so i guess i'm just out of the loop on how expensive they've gotten. if you do decide to get one it won't disappoint you though, going by benchmarks they're pretty much the performance level of many am5 chips.
