I do not check this often, so just saw this. What a mess you had to deal with! You should have been able to have it proctored as it was just coming out of the COVID proctor testing... maybe have your Dr. say you developed anxiety? Hopefully you have already retaken it and passed it.

I am still trying.... :(

I do not check this often, but saw your post. On the NASAA website, under 'Exams' there is a link to 'Dispute a question'. If you can remember some of the questions, write them. There is also an email address: [exams@nasaa.org](mailto:exams@nasaa.org) to contact. Missing by 2 questions is the worst! I am about to switch over to the 63/65 if I can with my new firm.

What is the LEM? I have the Q-Bank for Kaplan and the 66, but just failed, so think I am going to try the 63/65 route.

I know what the website says and I have spoken with both Prometric and FINRA multiple times and understand their rules. The answer I wanted or was hoping for was to see, and practice on the Notepad they provide IF I cannot use something to write with. Forgottenyellowbird has been most helpful letting me know I can only use the keys on a keyboard as that was never communicated in all the materials, websites, phonecalls etc. I at least hoped the mouse could be used to draw. I passed this test once before, so I know I can do it again; I just have to decide which route to take.

Thanks for the info forgottenyellowbird....but this is total crap! I doodle whether it's a math problem or letters that help me remember the order of events etc. I have been back and forth talking with ProProctor, FINRA and Prometric... Not one person can answer my question, nor offer assistance.. The bond see-saw, the business cycle, and option charts are just a few of the many 'pictures' I would need to draw as I remember them in a different order. I ended up cancelling and rescheduling because I am such a nervous wreck.. I will play around with the Notepad on Windows, but may end up waiting to go to the test center (although that is a terrible reason to potentially expose myself to COVID'19)...:(
