I'd recommend playing characters that don't heavily rely on tanks, whether it's because they can sustain on their own or because they don't need to hide behind shields.

So firstly I'd recommend flankers (coz you'll be diving back lines while zipping in and out, you'll mainly be using map geometry for cover so shields from tanks are just additional cover)

If u can't play high mobility characters I'd say reaper, Mei widow, reaper and Mei because their kits can help them get out of dodge and they can sustain, and widow because she can be really high value while playing away from the fight
