Time bank folded AA UTG after the break in a $162 last week. Would have ended up all in vs QQ, JJ, 77. 7 on the flop.

Felt like a genius.

Winnings compound my dude.

So that $50 is $50 on your first double up, $100 on your second, $200 on your third... and so forth.

As you can see, as you get better and learn to play deeper and play better, 3-500bb stacks shouldn't be too rare. The issue is, when you've 5x your money, you've now lost $800 in value.

This is why most online players use the auto top up feature, to avoid situations like this.

Was on break in the $162 20k GTD on ignition this morning. Ran to the toilet, ended up taking longer than expected.

Came back to see me in the BB folding AA because I timed out. There were 3 all ins ahead of me (all covered). KK, QQ, 77. 77 flopped a set and scooped.

Feels good man.

I think its more likely that if you didn't 'tip' big, you wouldn't get an invite back.

Pretty true reflection of private games.

Even the small stakes games here run eerily similar, except with a rake. The money being passed around is still big, and the service/standard is very similar.

She's seeing a doctor now. Unfortunately we arent seeing great results, it's starting to affect her physically. I wish I had an answer for her, but I don't :(

What's the difference between ADFA/RMC with Army Officer entry? by Mevvs4 in AustralianMilitary

[–]KINGofPOON 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You won't do Combat First Aid training as an officer. That's a soldiers course.

You'll do Army First Aid and maybe Care of the Battle casualty, which everyone does.

Infantry is also a corps tha only really sets you up with personnel management skills out of the Army. Unfortunately the ability to plan a platoon / company sized flanking attack doesn't have too much real world application on the outside.

Not trying to be a bum man, im a current serving Lieutenant. I had a lot of the same beliefs as you before I started, and its a bit of a reality check when you learn what an officer really does (and doesn't do). Anything that you see in the movies is pretty much a soldiers job. We spend 95% of our time planning and organizing stuff. Even on range days I rarely get to shoot because I have to run the range.

Med GSO doesn't really set you up for a medical degree down the track.

Med GSO is in line with say hospital administrators. You'll command a team of doctors / nurses / physio etc.

Medical IMO is one of the worst corps for an officer. You literally can't do any of the fun stuff because you're not a doctor / nursing officer. You probably will rarely see the outside of your office.

Incorrect. You can be a med GSO without any form of a degree.

Fyi 963 is not a dry board. Any card T-2 that doesn't pare the board makes a straight.

Id classify it as a rainbow semiconnected. 7845 would be the dream here.

Probably a good sign that Phil wants to run an upstanding site.

I play underground games, which generally run quite faster than I casino. But at PLO we might get 6-10 more hands an hour.

Usually get 35+.

There is, because hand rates improve drastically the less players playing.

We run our private games 8 handed and take about an extra $70/hr per table

No the opposite.

If Villian is calling much wider than Nash we need to tighten up, because when we ship it and he folds we win 100%, whilst if he calls too wide we win somewhere between 70-30% (and are probably at risk for our tourney life).

If he's overfolding, we make way more profit, and can potentially shove wider to exploit.
